The Works Drain, Manchester

Steadily getting through my list of drains. Visited with Ojay, Jim Gillette and US.
Considering some of the brickwork is over 100 years old the drain is in good condition, the same cant be said for the rusted bridge next to the penstock.
From the exit of the overflow pipe to the penstock chamber the drain has seperate features. A mix of Stone, RBP, a bricked up junction and a set of 12 stairs. Inhospitable another sewer runs through the penstock.

Big up!
