Cannon Brewery, Firth Brown & Sharrow Church, Sheffield

Cannon Brewery

The only real risk involved when we visited Sheffield was the rain, it seemed to be a constant downpour. A day earlier I had won an ebay auction in the area so it was off to collect the item, a quick burst of phone calls later and a few of us were traipsing around Sheff.

Firth Brown Medical Centre

The medical centre was a bit different, it’s not underground as it has a wall in front of it but is underneath a carpark. You decide. The history of the place is also non apparent.

Sharrow Methodist Church

This place had suffered under the hands of the Luftwaffe in the second world war, before this the congregation had outgrown the original chapel so a newer one was built after the bombing with the old one being changed into a church hall. Oh and if you don’t keep an eye on things you’ll go straight through the floor…
